First of all, this is not a buyer's agency service.

We are not going out and finding you a stock standard industrial property with a decent yield and telling you to buy it.

What we are offering is a completely done for you service, where you have the option to buy into a deal that we put together for you, usually within a small group.

We handle everything.

We acquire the site, put the deal together, and project manage everything from the DA and development finance right through to the subdivision and everything in between.

You get regular updates and access to all the plans and documentation, so you learn the process as well. It's done for you, but you come out the other side knowing exactly how it's done.

Typically you'll need $200k–$300k to buy into a deal.

So who project manages these deals?

Johnny Leary

Johnny has been buying, adding value to and selling sheds for the last 7 years. He's been a builder since he left school, and is actively doing new shed developments and teaching others to do the same.

Nic Denshire

Nic was one of the first students through the Shed Investor Academy doors and took to it like a duck to water! Nic's been a buyer's agent for the last 5 years, having bought over 500 houses, and has now transferred his skills to finding, buying and running strata shed projects.

Nic is now on his fifth shed deal, and his first deal alone generated a $1 million return.

Nic brings his buyer's agent eye for a good deal, but this isn't that service. We don't find you a property and walk away. We put the deal together and run it, start to finish.

The investment.

VIP membership is $15,000. That gets you full access to SIA and first access to our live deals.

Each project has its own project management fee, which is set out clearly before you commit to anything.

The membership fee is non-refundable. If you don't buy into a deal, you still keep full access to everything in SIA, but there's no refund — which is exactly why we only want people who are ready to act.
